This is something that we’ll sadly have to comment negatively on. On the other hand, the backend system seems to work very well, in the sense that the website is lightning fast, and even if you’re browsing it with a cart loaded with items, it still doesn’t give in. On top of that, its interface also been quite cleverly designed, giving you quick access to various important options and tools that other sites don’t provide. Something that we felt was lacking and should definitely be added though, is the ability to add several items to the cart more easily.
Purchasing and Customer Support
Apart from the small problem we just mentioned with adding multiple items to the cart at once, the purchasing process works like a dream and doesn’t give you any problems – plus, the checkout itself is very fast and reliable, so the site definitely gets high marks for that.
You may find support a bit lacking, as apart from the standard contact form you won’t see much else in ways of contacting the staff more directly. On the other hand, we found their newsletter to be quite useful, so this somewhat compensates.
Conclusion
Even with its cluttered-looking design, VitaminTree still lives up to the expectations of a high-quality store. We can’t comment negatively on many of its aspects, so why not go ahead and give it a try!
