However, how good is the store itself, and does it really live up to the hype? We decided to do some shopping and find out.

Since the products offered at the store are all coming from the company itself, don’t expect a great variety – in fact, there’s a small number of carefully-chosen products which cover all you’ll ever need to have in order to bleach your teeth properly. They offer complete teeth bleaching kits, but also separate gels for personal application (if you feel you can perform your own bleaching procedure without the need of external tools, or you already have them available). You can also buy night guards to protect your teeth in an overnight bleaching process.
The products are somewhat expensive though, at least compared to other teeth bleaching kits and products on the market – the store doesn’t offer many discounts either, so in the end you’ll have to pay a considerable sum of money for your treatment. However, the products that we tried ourselves gave the impression of really deserving their price – they may be asking a lot for them, but the people behind those bleaching kits obviously know what they’re doing, as the kits work outstandingly well.
Ease of Use and Visuals
The site is simplistic in its design, with the few categories readily available on the left. There are some special offers available at your disposal from the same menu, too, plus you can see links to sites and stores that may potentially interest you as well. Overall, the site shouldn’t give you any problems navigating it, and the only thing that we can note in this aspect, was how the pages seemed to load far too slowly on several occasions. We should note that we were browsing in peak hours when this happened though, so it’s more or less understandable.

We should note that the checkout could’ve been made more obvious – your cart isn’t that easily found, and you’ll have to do some clicking until you get to that final part of the checkout process. Paying for the products and receiving them went without any problems though, and the delivery itself was fast and the service offered package tracking as well.
Customer support is very well done at this store, with live support available in certain hours to assist you on your purchases. We actually tested their support staff, and were very pleased with the results we got.
